The road to becoming a Zerorez® technician is tough - some make it and some don't. So why don't we hire just anyone? We are particular about who we hire because we want to provide our customers with the best service, and that all starts with hiring only the best technicians!
When someone applies to be a Zerorez® technician, we do a thorough background check and evaluate if their work ethic, dependability, attitude, and personality fit in with our high Zerorez® standards. After the outstanding candidates are hired, they go through a thorough professional carpet cleaning training program. To help new hires become superior technicians that our customers love, they accompany a senior technician to their appointments for three weeks before ever going out on their own. Because our cleaning process is so different from traditional cleaning methods, we require specific training that ensures Zerorez® technicians learn The Right Way to Clean®. Our technician training process ensures that our technicians are very educated and know what they are doing when they come to your home to clean your carpet, upholstery, tile, and more!

Zerorez® technicians must complete 120 hours of training before they are qualified to provide the proper Zerorez® experience in your home.
